Basic Requirements to Rent
These are the basic Documents you need to rent, they could change depending on the owner of the property.

 

1)  Copy of the IDs of those over 18 years of age who are going to live in the property (can be passport)

 

4)  Police record of the people of legal age who are going to live in the property. This requirement is taken out at police stations.

 

2)  3 months and Administrative fee (the first month, last month, deposit and administrative fee of $ 45) that applies to almost all rents.

 

5)  Credit Report, obtain it on Credit Karma or any platform that appears on your credit report.

 
3)  Documents that show that you can pay the rent, among these: Work letter, where you indicate salary or bank statements where deposits or movements are seen. Only from the people who will be in the contract.
 
 
The day the key is delivered:  We must deliver, the last month and month of deposit plus a money order of administrative fee of $ 45 in the name of  "Alaimo Realty" the agency where I work, is the only thing that is given to me, the rest is for the owner of the property.

NOTE: THE CREDIT REPORT and the POLICE RECORD can be taken out through an application that We can send you the link and you must py $ 29.95. Otherwise take out the Credit Report by Credit Karma and the Police Record by attending the police stations.
